I'm such a dumbass

I have very much been enjoying my new home roasting coffee venture. I've been able to impress some coworkers and friends with a great cup of coffee (mostly because they have probably never had a fresh cup of coffee, not because I am any good at roasting yet).

Each time I try a new batch I try to remember if I should go a little darker or lighter or whatever.

Well, thanks to MadDawg I have several different varieties to try my roasting hand at and this morning I had a fantastic cup of coffee, you know, the one that makes you go "wow, this is it, I nailed it with this roast".

The downside is I got home and looked at the tupperware lid I kept the coffee in only to find I forgot to label it and now I have no idea which bean it was.



I am, in fact, a dumbass.
