Cherry Wood in humidors

Does anyone know if cherry wood has any negative affects on aging cigars? I'm looking at purchasing a wine frig. to store my boxes in and the shelves are made of cherry wood. Do they make humidors made of cherry wood that are not lined with spanish cedar? Since my cigars will be kept in their original cedar boxes, I wasn't too concerned about them coming in contact with the cherry wood. Was just curious if the wood would have any negative effects (smell, taste ) on my cigars and wether it would hold up to the humidity. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
