I guess I need to take my statement back about "Big George" losing his touch. He pulled the trigger on the A-ROD deal. To him, money's no object in keeping him from getting the Yankee organization their 26th (?) WS trophy. George did something in 24hrs that the Red Sox couldn't do in almost a month of trying.
You cannot say George isn't trying to win.
