Just pulled the turkeys off the smoker. Man, the aroma in the house is damn nice. Tomorrow is gumbo day! Didn't have to make them pretty with that beautiful Mahogany color like at Thanksgiving. Nope, just gonna shred one for the gumbo as well as the dark meat from the other in the gumbo. The rest will make a toasted pecan turkey salad.

That's a lot of ingredients.
What little gumbo I make, I don't use near that much bell pepper. Hope y'all enjoy it.
