Smoked sausage split and browned on a griddle. Put in a brat bun or hoagie roll with BBQ sauce and finely diced red onion. Katie melted some sliced provolone cheese on hers.

Repeat until you are full.

Some boneless fried chix, fries and an apple pie from Jacks. It close and fast.

Pretty good too if fried is your thing...

I managed a Jack's back in the 80s. When done right (as in according to instructions), Jack's chicken is marvelous. The secret? It's fried in vegetable shortening. Bad for your heart but music to your soul.
