Stepped out of my comfort zone

I went to a neighbors house yesterday for a teaching on how to make baby back ribs using their equipment and tools. It was not only a little educational for them, but was a highly welcome conversation for me. I believe this might be a trend and something I might enjoy doing for money. What's funny to me is that I found an article in the magazine that I wrote about just this method. It was funny, as I was doing pretty much what I wrote about years ago.

There are many ignorant folks out there and it is our duty to bring them to cuisine enlightenment.

I applauded his effort...

... I didn't ask to learn his technique.

Good for you Jason. I too am a smoking evangelist I enjoy helping people smoke better. Never thought of turning it into money. Makes sense though. Dizzy Pig is nearby and they do classes all the time and charge out the ass for it.
