Hey, 'mag! Describe the Scottish 80 to me.

A deep dark delicious brown ale. Tradition in Scotland is they're not big hop fans because way back, they did not like the English and hops were considered,, English. So it's a very malty brown ale that's barely hopped. It's like a New Castle Brown squared. We've brewed a few of em and they didn't last long at all.

I'm looking forward to brewing one that's bittered with heather tips instead of hops this fall.
