T bone and...
started dinner with some duck rillettes and a white Savoie then a simple salad
Main was oven roasted asparagus with sherry vinegar and garlic plus baked potato plus a bone in T bone seared in the Lodge then roasted in a HOT oven Jumilla red (discussed else where) I believe I will sleep well tonight
