But how do you replace the floral foam? That stuff will not last forever. Additionally, I believe it is probably "charged" with some type of anti-bacterial substance, similar to PG, just like the original CO. If that is needed, how are you going to replace it? What do the directions say?

The direction says just add H2O! I don't think the floral foam will get stale or anything? I think PG will. But I'm not an expert on this subject....
