outstanding simply outstanding !!
jen over at bargain humidors is tops in my book...i had an issue with an order as something wasnt quite right...not bargain humidors doing but with the product itself...well she had a replacement sent no questions asked, and a real gem to talk too on the phone.
emails awnsered within hours of me sending them and it was her that called me rather then play the email game...i have to say im amazed with there custumer support ...excelent service...jens the best !!

second the great customer service at BH - they've always responded very promptly to e-mails and any questions I've had.

i have had 3 purchases from Hotek and the gang at barginhumidors.com. nothing but the best service and shipping. even met mile 2 years ago in reno and angain in c-bus. very nice gentleman and glad to do business with him.
