Damn Wankel, too many to list but here are a few

Ron Zacapa 23 that DZ bet me to. Excellent
El Dorado 12 or 15
Mount Gay Extra Old
Barbancourt 8 yr
Matusalem Classico and Special Reserva
Barcardi 8 and Anejo
Santa Teresa 1796
Appleton Estate 12 yr
Botran Solera 1893 (18 yr old) Boltran and Zacapa are made by the same people
Flor de Caña 7yr old or older
Pampero Anniversario

This should get you started. All are good sipping rums

This is an exceptional rum, probably my favorite right now. I will have to agree with the Mount Gay Extra Old and Barbancourt 8yr mentioned above as well. They are both excellent sipping rums.

All good choices, with the Ron Zacapa (especially), Mount Gay and Barbancourt possessing a tad more syrupy sweetness than the others to counterbalance their oaked spiciness. If you ever come across Barbancourt 15YO, don't hesitate!

Havana Club 7 also displays a fine balance with just the right amount of fire at the finish. And I'm particularly fond of C. Ferrand's Old Reserve Artisanal Rum (distilled 1992) from Venezuela, which simply sings vanilla and spice amidst the cane sweetness.
