Long term aging question ?

I guess you'd have to think about what you're trying to acheive by aging. If you're trying to mellow out the taste, then vacuum sealing should be fine. But if you are trying to get rid of that tannic/ammonia taste that a lot of young cuban cigars have then you need to have air exchange.

I would think that sealing them would be like keeping a tubo shut up. Ages more slowly, but (from what I've heard) better. But of course that's just for domestics.
