Rowan's Creek Bourbon
My wife gave me a bottle of this for my birthday (along with a bottle of Oban; I think I'll keep her
 ) and I tried some last night. Pretty tasty stuff. Seems to have a buttery flavor that I really enjoyed, and its warm enough at 100 proof to keep things interesting. I could taste a little of the charred barrels, and it wasn't too sweet, but not too dry. I think I'll enjoy the rest of this bottle.
