Haven't been to Napa, but we went to Sonoma for a few days last year and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Wasn't anything like what Napa sounds like from what I read here. I look forward to going back sometime. I can recommend staying in the city of Sonoma. There are some great places to eat there, and nice little shops and tasting rooms.
There is a Charles Creek tasting room on the square in Sonoma and that was some of the best wine we tasted. Had a case sent back since it doesn't get imported into Georgia. |
