Coolerdoor and de-humidifier

Hello all. I live in Indiana, and our basement stays pretty darn humid. I keep a de-humidifier down there to keep some of the moisture down and save my house from mold, and such. Now starting soon, hopefully, it is going to warm up here. If I put my coolerdoor down there, will my dehumidifier have any adverse effect, if any at all, on my gars? I usually keep the humidity at 50 percent down there because I have severe allergies to molds, and if I have mold, my head won't let me enjoy any smokes!! for the advice I know I will recieve.
