Smoking in a non-smoking establishment
In Koreatown here in L.A., there are many, many restaurants, cafes, etc. that basically let you smoke inside. They even ask you as you walk through the door if you want to sit in the smoking section. Some places have very high ceilings and call it a patio. Some places open the front area up and do the same.
So...if everyone who goes there knows how it works and no one snitches on the restaurant, will they ever get caught and/or fined? What's to stop us from doing the same with a cigar bar/joint/restaurant...
