My suggestion if the funds are available is this:
1 dual elex switch 1 switch and dimmer 1 exhaust fan that is able to evacuate at least 125 cfm 1 ceiling fan track lighting Put the exhaust fan, ceiling fan light, and ceiling fan on a switch, and the track lighting on the dimmer. Emo |
