Florida local government smoking legislation
Once again, some members of the Florida legislature want local governments to be able to control smoking regulations. Florida has 67 counties and several hundred town and municipal bodies. The last thing Florida cigar smokers need is a patch work of local smoking regulations. Use this petition to tell the Florida legislature - "No Local Smoking Regulations in Florida. Do Not Reverse Preemption!"
