I love how it looks when just the tops are snow covered. Very beautiful. Very fortunate to have such a beautiful view here.

Paired with: Iced coffee

A 2003 Cigar Aficionado rating of 87, with the comments of “Pressed and attractive, this cigar has cream and vanilla notes, with a cedary, gummy character. Medium in body”

Let’s see how it fares after 18 years…

A dark, smooth wrapper with only slightly visible seams, no veins, a long, smooth cap, having an overall attractive appearance.

A hard bunch and slightly tight cold draw, which opened up nicely after a couple runs through each end with the PerfecDraw, and had a very light taste of plain tobacco.

An even burn, gray, typical ash structure, flat coal and a perfect draw.

Excellent smoke volume and a fragrant, aroma of wood and floral notes.

Ample richness, body, and flavor of perfectly balanced predominantly woody taste, with lighter hints of herbal and floral flavors. Very mild in strength.

In the second half, the richness, body, and flavor increased noticeably while retaining a perfect balance of the same flavors, and no increase in strength.

Finish/aftertaste was a modest woody taste the entire length, and some burn on the tongue in the second half.

Overall,of excellent character and just a great cigar, with a final score of 94 out of 100.

Another fine cigar compliments of Bruce aka @Ljutic

I friggin love cigars
