Never understood the home roasting of coffee "thing" - seemed like a hassle to me. Yesterday I received some Guatamalan coffee, roasted fresh by Metsfan. Lordy! A coffee epiphany! I'll be ordering green beans and the other bits and goodies soon. Jumping Horny Toads, this is awesome coffee...

Thanks much MF!

I had some Jamaica BM/Kenya blend this Am that I roasted teh day before. WOW it was awesome robust & strong but smooth as a can be. My wife said it reminded her of good whiskey like Makers Mark in the stout but real smooth area. Then we made anther pot of
Eithiopian-Yap great

Another coffee whackjob has been created. My missionary work must continue though.

This calls for a very special blend of psychology and extreme violence.

Check out Martin's new bb (www.mayorgaimports.com). He's also selling a roaster now.

So, if you don't have a garage to roast in... and you don't want to set off the smoke alarms... solve that!

Unplug the smoke alarms.

I am going to try some other than Martins offering. I may try Sweet Marias
