Just thought I'd recommend an album that I've really enjoyed listening to over the past couple months: "Hopes and Fears" by the band Keane.
I hear elements of the Beatles, Beach Boys, and Coldplay in their songs. The lead singer reminds me of Freddie Mercury. If you like any of those bands, or just like music with strong melodies, give them a listen.
