Can you store cigars in a wine room?

Looking for some help since I am getting differing opinions.

I am building an 8'x8' wineroom, and in one corner wanted to put some shelves for cigars. What I am being told is that the cooling unit for the wine is going to dry out (or suck the humidity out of) the cigars. Someone else is telling me to just put a big cabinet humidor in the coner of the room and not risk it.

But, if I make the humidity of the room 65% and keep the temp in the 55-60 degree Farenhiet range, wouldn't this be fine? Sure the cooler temp may slow down the aging process, but my cigars wouldn't "dry out" right?

Does anyone here know for sure? Is anyone else using their wine room to also store large quantities of cigars for the longer term?

Thanks a lot.
