Smoking room?

Anyone have a purpose built smoking room? Or good way to smoke indoors? Living in Canada, we get about 2 nice months to hang outside without freezing our butts (and our r-$e$). We have an undeveloped basement and a corner with a small window that I am considering making into a dedicated herfer haven/"guest room" (that part is the excuse for the wife's consent). It would be nice to have humis, ventilation, music, fridge for refreshments, nice seating, and all that neat stuff in one location. But the catch would be to make the entire thing completely discreet as far as odors being detectable outside of the room. Any tips on building a smoking room??
