CigarMedics Humidimeter
Anyone have any experience with the CigarmMedics Humidimeter?
Was generously blindsided with a gift of one yesterday and am interested in any info on them, but especially any tips on using it, and pro and cons of them. Thanks, Sean I friggin' LOVE cigars |

It doesn't look like you got an answer on this, and I'm sure, by now, you've figured some things out about the Humidimeter. I just posted my interview with it's inventor that might be helpful. In my experience, I like to see about a 63% reading on the foot, anything higher seems to burn too wet for my liking. It's important to note that the internal moisture content of a cigar increases as it's smoked, so starting a little low isn't bad. It's also not unusual to see a couple of points swing from head to foot. in the end, it's just a guide, but I've found it's saved me from smoking a cigar either too dry or too wet. Hope this helps!
