I know this has been talked about before but I will ask anyway. I am getting ready to purchase a travel humi and would like to know from personal experience what you would suggest and why. I am looking for something in the 10 - 20 cigar capacity range. I am not opposed to a Zero Haliburton but if you have one, do you like it? There is quite a price range out there and I welcome your opinions. Thanks

The zero's are great boxes and work very well. I find they are a bit heavy, but sure look good. While I have both Zero's I find myself always taking the plastic Cigar Caddy to herfs and on short trips. It works great and for a few days I do not even add humidification. If I go for over a week or so I add a Humidipak or a perforated tube filled with KLH. On long vacations the big Zero (30 cigar) is the best given the protection it offers and the capacity.
I would check Bargainhumidors.com for both.

...one more thing..I do not like the humidification device that comes with the big Zero. I have replaced the sponge with KLH and it works very well, plus I just add water to keep it going on very long trips....

I have a Sherman 18 count that I love. The thing about it is that the "18" only accounts for the cigars in the tray. When I took it to Vegas, I packed a lot more than 18 cigars with out the shelves, in ziplock bags.
It's the same as any other hard plastic shelled case made, I think, originally for the military. www.thesherman.com

I've gone through quite a few travel humis and finally settled on the Sherman. I love it.

I have the Sherman in both 18 and 30, and I love them!
On my most recent trip I replaced the 'built in' oasis humidifier with one of Vern's Climmax tubes, and it really helps stabilize the humidity much better. The seal on these is so good that absolutely no humidity ever escapes, which sometimes causes a problem.

I want to thank everyone for the info, especially ferdelance for his e-mail. I did some surfing at the office today and with everyones help I settled on the Sherman 18. I almost went with the Road Warrior but I found a good deal on the plain Sherman W/O a humidification device or hygrometer. I have plenty of those and that made my decision. I will get to try it out at the LLOH in October. Hope to meet some of you guys there.
