Antietam problem, maybe....

For some reason I can NOT get the humidity up in my Antietam. I've got an Oasis plus running plus about six ounces of beads. I'm still only up to 60%. A lot of my cigars still feel very dry. I tend to like them a little moist so when my Diamond Crown and JR humidors are at 70% that's perfect.

The cigars that I've still got in the boxes seem to have the hardest time.

Any ideas?
