Pumpkin Pie practice
Holidays are approaching and spousal unit and I are trying to meet the pumpkin pie requirement without the tiring and boring standard that is pretty common. Most of the testing ends up at her office where virtually any version will disappear in a day or so.
This is one that didn't make it to the office just yet and may become our go to version. We do not follow any recipe exactly and we didn't try the crust recipe at all this time around but will next time. It is pretty damn good though, not a one piece since it is the season kinda pie. https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/f...r-streusel-818 Best, J.
