Could have killed the guy
I got a nice, brand new Xikar cutter, a red metal one.
Went with a friend to a cigar shop that he frequents regularly. We were outside waiting to play dominoes when I pull a cigar from my shirt pocket and take my new cutter out of its case and cut the cigar. I was just about to put the cutter away when an older Cuban gentleman asks to use my cutter in Spanish. I say OK and hand it to him, as he goes to cut his cigar it squirts out of his hand and lands on the sidewalk getting dinged up and scratched. Damn, I wanted to kill the guy. Anybody have a similar experiance? I have had friends lose lighters because they let people use them and the person just pocketed it, either accidentally or on purpose.
