Mold problem... again...

I discovered mold in my humidor that was from when it sat in a hot/humid house after katrina.

I pulled it all apart, wiped the inside down with denatured alcohol, and put it all back together. Since then, it has sat between 60-65% humidity. The cigars that were affected I put aside, wiped off and smoked.

Today I decided to check underneath my tray again and there's mold there again... It's like a light, powdery type mold pretty much. Covers parts of the tray and the surface of cigars that can be seen through the slots.

It's right above where my humidifier sits and it's never done this before the storm. Anyone have any ideas what to do?
