High Humidity Issues

I recently purchased some 65% beads and I set them up in my 48Qt Cooler. I have roughly less than a 1/2 pound of beads in a mesh bag, and the cooler is close to full with boxes and cedar trays. To battle the high heat, I also have a block of blue ice sitting on top of the lid of my cooler. My problem is, whenever I check my cooler, my hygrometer shows an RH above 70. I salt tested my hygrometer, and have checked my readings with two different hygrometers, and the results are similar. I was thinking it might possibly be due to the blue ice on top of my cooler, but it is sitting on the outside, not the inside of the cooler. Is there a reason for this? Do I have enough beads, or too many? Is there a possible solution?
