Winter is Killin My Smokes
So for the last week or so I've been fighting with the Humidor, trying to keep it at or a little above 67... Right now it has dropped down to 63... I know a lot of oyu are saying HELL that's good.. But to me the cigars seem to be a bit crunchy when my humi has it set that low. All Summer I was able to have nice fresh smokes sitting around 66 or so and had no issues, but with all this cold weather, the heater is killin my Humi... So I was looking at getting a hot water humidifier to run along side the device on the outside, but with this desktop humi sittig in the living room I thought might be a bit of a pain. So my qustion, yes I know you are are saying sheesh get on with the Question Already... Has anyone tried or have the New or older Oasis? I'm thinking that with my domed glas lid, and the Humi holding 150+ cigars, it might be a good idea to get some air flow in there from... I already have Vipers 65% beads, 2 sticks of them, and even added in 2 round credos to see if that helped , and that's how I got it to the low 60's.. So fellow BOTL whatcha think???
