I understand that JR himself lives upstairs and can watch everything that goes on there. At night he comes down and inspects the remaining inventory and if he dislikes what he sees, he then turns over the tables and chairs in the resturant if he is displeased. Just like they do at the Puros Indios factory. Its good to be the King!
