Repairing a slightly damaged Humidor?
Hey all,
I walked into my local last night and there was a 2005 La Gloria Cubana Limitada humidor, for $50, instead of $500. I inspected it, and found that the seam between the top and the right-hand side had split a bit, and the hinge on the door was loose. For $50, I bought it, but now I'm wondering what the best way of repairing the seam is? I have already fixed the hinges, and it seems to seal OK except for that one side, so if I got a glue of some sort and got the seam to reconnect & then sealed with something, I think it would make a hell of a humidor. Any help is greatly appreciated. -John
