Are You a Dry Rub or Wet Rub Kinda Griller?
I've always been primarily a dry rub guy, using just a little olive oil and worsteshire. But lately I've been experimenting with some wet rubs and liking the outcome. I've even tried a mixture of the two and that is really tasty.
