I have no idea I'm gonna sample it at the end of the week and see how i feel it's comin along. The cocoa beans are pretty subtle though, all aroma and the faint taste of baker's chocolate, I think it'll mesh well.

Eh, not many recipes are any more or less difficult than others. I might do one or two with no additions in the secondary container just to get the process down, but after that the sky's the limit, don't let yousrelf be scared by any odd ingredients
