This is huge! (especially to me!)
Swedish Match getting out of the cigar business? One of my best investments!

If I understand this correctly Swedish Match rids itself from the cigar business. So, who controls the cigar side? And what is ZYN?

Swedish Match has been a highly profitable investment. They are the largest cigar firm on the planet. For them to announce that they're going to divest their business off of combustible tobacco is huge. If you have smoked a cigar in the last decade, SM has made money from it.
My investment firm owns 30% of the company. Choked on my morning cigar.

I talked to the General Partner of the LLC, who says it's spinning the smoking tobacco into a separate business, of which we will be larger owners. The big thing in Europe is snuus, which is smokeless. ZYN is a popular brand of it.

Yeah ZYN does the job pretty well for us addicts out here. Not as messy as snuff and a pretty tasty fix. Good for surviving without the time for even a short stick outside.
Best, J.
