Whats going on with C-bids shipping?

I'm set up for shipping on Tuesday. Anything I've won up until 11:59 pm on Monday use to ship on Tuesday, and I "d have it for Thursday. Now on Tuesday's it's always in Processing mode for 3 days before it ships, meaning I don't get my cigars until a week later. When I called, they told me that it only starts processing on Tuesday, and can take up to 3 days to ship. Now being that I have over 500 cigars in stock, and I'm not in no hurry for them, and being that the customer service woman was so nice and sweet on the phone, I really didn't feel like making an issue out of it. BUT, I've been buying from C-Bid for many years now, and I never waited over a week to get my cigars, I'd have'em in 2 days. Anyone else seeing this problem also, OR, am I nuts????
