Man, I scored. So after being in trial all last week in Federal Court (defense verdict, which was a good thing for me), I decide while driving home that I'm going to stop at a pretty big liquor store to try to find some Ancient Ancient Age 10 year (or some similarly good libation) to celebrate. After finding no Age, I end up going with some Hop crazy, triple hopped goodness of a beer for the ridiculously high price of $10 for the bottle.

Pleased with my grab, I stick my head in the humidor (this place used to have a shop in the store, now it's just a big humidor-room) and there they are - my A. Pontillo natural robustos. I haven't seen them in a year and they have stopped making them and they are my favorite stick! I grab 10 and buy them (smoked one today, just to make sure they are good - they are). I'm going back Monday for the rest.

Man, I am stoked. I've been looking and looking and decided it wasn't gonna happen and then just like that...

Anyway, just had to share. It's great when you have given up on a plan (to acquire every last one I can find), resign yourself to some new plan (find another stick to love on), and then just stumble upon a minor miracle.
