Why are certain cigars...

...not allowed to sell over the net? Over on another thread here in the "Smoking Post" room someone mentioned that the cigars, Casa Magna's, are not sold over the internet. Same thing happened when the AVO 787's came out. You could only purchase them in a B&M. Funny thing about the 787's was that many people didn't like the taste profile nor the price; too expensive of a cigar that was supposed to be exactly like the AVO 22 but was no where near the original. About 7 months later, I began to notice that the 787's were being sold over the net and being auctioned off over at Cbid. Seemed like the B&M's wanted to move that stagnant inventory since they weren't moving in their stores.
