This is a very smooth dark wrapper cigar. The foot has light aromas of earth and coffee. The cold draw is perfect. Today’s beverage is a cold Topo Chico.



There is an initial blast of pepper in the flavor profile, along with the earthy flavor. The retohale also has black pepper notes and the cigar is mostly full bodied to start. The ash is mottled grey and looks solid. The burn is even.



In the first third the pepper notes fade as the flavor profile becomes more rounded with earthy and coffee notes. The pepper notes also retreat in the retohale, leaving very smooth notes. The ash and the burn remain steady.



During the second third the flavor profile develops a light sweetness under the earth and coffee notes. The retohale remains smooth and rich. The ash and burn remain steady.



Approaching the final inch some spices have returned to the flavor profile. The retohale remains smooth and rich. The ash and burn remain steady.



Overall a nice rich with a fairly deep complexity. Full-bodied flavors. The construction is excellent. 9.4/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
