It bothers me that this is just another chunk of pure, grade a bullshit.

A roach "milk" crystal is more nutritious than an equal weight in real milk?

Roaches are not mammals and they don't raise their own young.

Let's get the idiots of the world to eat bugs by telling them whatever will work. They're nutritious and cheap and environmentally sound. It seems that most of america has a weakness of some sort, somewhere, a thing that can trigger them to do the stupidest possible things. billions of dollars every year go to advertising and this is the only reason for advertising.

Crickets anyone?

I'm willing to try out the flour, at any rate. Not so sure about seasoned whole crickets at this point, however.

so many things wrong with that whole story, for example, a pig is valued only for the meat? Come on, what happened to the squeal? Leather, dung, offal and by products, lard, and the man is selling crickets for $40 a pound. That isn't going to save the world or end hunger. Looking at simple economics, I can buy ANY pork product for maybe 10% of the cost of his flour. If bugs are the answer to any of the world's hunger products, it would have already been done in numerous third world countries. Bugs as food aren't even a soylent fantasy in this world.
