Illusione Cigars

When to a cigar dinner at my local B&M sponsored by Illusione cigars. I asked the rep for Illusione if candela was making a come back. He told me the success Roma Craft had with candela made manufacturers take notice. My concerns were that every candela cigar I tried was bitter at some point smoking this type of cigar. I said I have never enjoyed a candela cigar. He gave me an Illusione candela to try. It was actually a good cigar. This was the first candela I actually enjoyed. He stated that it's the blend they use that made the cigar so smooth and non-bitter. If you want to try a candela that is not bitter give the Illusione candela.

Thanks for the tip.
Although I have had a handful of candelas and don't recall them being bitter, but haven't had one in about 10 years with the exception of a 1940's Vintage candela
