Sounds like a Great Saint Patties Day.
I too, like and use the Xikar products, in particular the cutters. They are like Lay's potato chips....Ya cain't have just one.  My current fav...http://www.xikar.com/products/cutters/xi3/300sts/ and ya need this to go with it...http://www.xikar.com/products/access...ingray-sheath/  cheers! slack
