Fluctuations in temp and humidity

What do you consider significant fluctuation in temp and humidty, pls. also state in what time period. By significant I mean it'll negatively affect the cigar's aging process. My humidor fluctuates between 65-72%. Could this result from a leak? Also, temp fluctuates from 18-20c (65f-70f). Im not too worried about the temp but the humidity concerns me a little. Should i be?
