Some Woodford Reserve this evening. To cold for a nice cigar to accompany.

Lot No. 40 Canadian Rye last night alongside chocolate biscuits... A nice combo.

The weather is very hot here, as in many areas, so a G&T seemed the perfect choice. This time around, a lime-infused one made with Caorunn gin (from the Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands) and Schweppes tonic water. Very refreshing!

Plantation Original Double Aged Rum (sourced from Barbados and Jamaica)... Perhaps just a smidgen on the sweet side, though still displaying a nice spirited edginess on the finish (due to cask finishing in European oak?). Very decent for the asking price.

Cheap bourbon (Jim Beam) out of a cheap flask. I really enjoy this bourbon.

I do too. Enjoying a few fingers of Eagle Rare 10. I defy you to find a better bourbon at a $30 price.

Some Sockeye Hazy IPA with a cigar earlier in the day. Double shot of Elijah Craig Small Batch when it finally cooled down.
