I've been enjoying Basil Hayden's Dark Rye lately. It's reasonably priced at $39 and is delicious.

I bought a bottle of Old Forester Rye. Inexpensive and really tasty.

JD Released the no age Rye, then followed it up with a2yr gently aged release. Followed by the final product and single barrel releases. I believe they still release all of these. I know I have seen the no age. Neat to do a side by side tasting to taste the aging progress.

I like the fact that the Single Barrel release features a higher than normal rye content mashbill (70%, I believe) than many. It shows on the palate, which is both richly textured and spicy.
