Heartfelt Humidity Tube
Why is the Heartfelt Humidity Tube (4oz) so much less expensive then the brick element (4oz) ?

Would one of these help regulate perfect humidity even if you have other humidity control devices in your humidor (I currently have a CO+, but want to add one of these to ensure even humidity through out).

What do you guys think?
