Tribute Albums

I don't know..some are good...some just suck.

I liked the "Common Thread" CD, which had country artists covering songs by the Eagles. Most of them were quite well done, IMHO. I liked Diamond Rios' version of "Lying Eyes"

Then there was the ZZ Top tribute by county artists- Brad Paisly does Sharp Dressed Man, Andy Griggs does "Need you tonight" (pretty good)
Brooks and Dunn do a fair cover of Rough Boy
And The Warren Bros easily have the best cut, with their cover or Cheap Sunglasses. Excellent.
But many stinkers.... Trace Adkins singing "Legs" is bad enough, but Kenney Chesny just murders "Tush".

So what's next, a country star tribute album of Pink Floyd Songs? (Please God...NO!)
