For a minute I thought I wrote that. Same here but I installed a hanging infared heater above the chair where I sit.

After my divorce, a friend of mine built a ventilation system that slipped into the door frame when the sliding glass door was partially opened in my apartment. When I remarried I bought a home with a finished basement and installed an exhaust fan. I have no problems smoking there and usually smoke indoors now. I'm now able to combine my two favorite hobbies - cigars and movies.

In case any of you are wondering, the answer is no. You can't smell the smoke anywhere in the house. In fact, you can barely smell it in the man cave while I'm smoking. After I'm done smoking the smell is gone. Yes. The ventilation fan works very, very well. And that's the key. Filtration systems can help. But the only real way to keep the smoke smell out is to vent it.
I have a similar setup in what was the coal room (100 year old house). I use for now a box fan which is problematic when it's windy. My plans for the future is to install a real vent fan. Nothing like watching a hockey game in the deep winter while enjoying a cigar.

I smoke between 2 - 3 most days.

1-2 a day usually. I didn't have any one day last week when my cold was at its worst. Once in a while I'll have a third, mostly only on the weekend. For me it's usually a few puffs here and there, otherwise I'd go through a lot more cigars and that gets expensive.

1-2 a Day unless I am rolling (most days) or blending , when I am working on a blend then the gloves are off. Owning a shop with a lounge spoils me, also have a vented man cave at home, so always a yr round hobby

I feel for you guys that live in the colder weather states. Where I live it's between 70 & 88 degrees year round. I have a perfect little spot on the lanei where I listen to music and stare at the ocean. Sometimes my neighbor joins me. My wife will partake occasionally but, not too often though. That allows me 4 to 6 sticks a day.

Welcome to CW!

I live in a cold climate and I used to smoke a handful of a cigars a year. But now that I have an indoor smoking room, I can smoke whenever I like.
