Constructing a smoking lounge.
We will begin building our new home shortly and I intend to build into a finished bonus room above the garage a smoking lounge/cave. Advice on exaust fans with ducting vented out the side and their effectiveness as well as any other ideas to make this a special room without affecting the remainder of the home is welcome. My budget is substantial but not unlimited. Thanks in advance!
